The pharmaceutical companies have been their own worst enemies in using patent rights to stop millions gaining HIV treatment and using evergreening strategies to prolong patent life. Patent trolls have been targeting small companies that do not have the resources to fight them. IP owners themselves have been selling grey goods. So for now it does seem correct to classify IP owners as the bad guys.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
