Special Issue: Singapore Designs Conference

Many of our regular readers will have already noticed that our April issue is actually a Special Issue dedicated to the Singapore Design Law Reform Conference, which was held at NUS Law in September 2017. The Special Issue, which has been edited by David Stone, Elizabeth Siew-Kuan Ng and Graeme Dinwoodie, features several papers presented at the conference, offering "a spot check on design law reform efforts around the world – or perhaps more accurately a “state of play” report", as the guest editors write in their preface to the special issue.

This issue also honours the memory of the late Elizabeth Siew-Kuan Ng, Associate Professor at NUS Law and known to all of us as a passionate, enthusiastic and infinitely knowledgeable member of our IP community. Perhaps, the best way to remember her is through the emotional words of her colleagues and former students, which you can read here.

The Special Issue is available online and is free for everyone to access until Friday 18th May 2018.
