First JIPLP of the year, and a new cover colour
A little late but all the better for it, here's the contents list for the January 2015 issue of the Journal of Intellectual Property Law & Practice. This is a truly action-packed issue, touching on topics such as brandalism, subvertising, religious and cultural sensitivities, whistle-blowing, e-books and libraries, patentability of human enhancements and one of the editor's favourite topics, Greek yoghurt. As usual, e-subscribers can access all the content as part of their subscription package while those who do not have an e-subscription can nonetheless purchase limited time access to the article(s) of their choice. This year's colour cover is green, as you can see from the illustration on the right. Anna Carboni's guest editorial will be published in full later today.
