Call for Papers: JIPLP Special Fashion Law Issue


The Journal of Intellectual Property Law & Practice (JIPLP) is delighted to announce a call for papers for its forthcoming special fashion law issue, which will be published in the second half of 2018.

Interested authors are invited to submit articles in the range of 3,000-6,000 words on a fashion law topic of their choice for consideration for publication in JIPLP.

Relevant articles must be submitted through the online portal, be in accordance with JIPLP house style, and carry the indication that they are for consideration for the special fashion law issue.

The deadline for submissions is Monday, 14 May 2018. No late submissions will be accepted.

  1. Many of us feel as though we are in touch with current fashion trends, but are we really? It's often the people who feel as though they are fashionable that one day look around and find that they don't know anything about current fashion trends. No one wants to be this person, but it seems as though the most well intentioned people end up going all wrong where fashion is concerned. Ted Baker
